The OC-DOT-series is fully potted with a silicone based product, providing moisture and vibration resistance for long term durability in an outdoor operating environment. The weatherproof, corrosion resistant housing can be enhanced with a sun-block visor that enhances the visibility. The OC-DOT-series switches between OPEN and CLOSED when power is switched to a second wire via the integrated solid state, UL recognized power supply. This allows the unit to operate without additional circuitry, thus providing long term durability. The OC-DOT-series is available with various LED colors, housing options, and voltages to meet DOT requirements.
